Spacious, well equipped, comfortable, clean, lovely and very helpful host

It was a little farther from the center than we would have liked, but that was our own fault, the listing was very clear

Top plek, ruim appartement, lekkere tuin. Wij bevelen het aan!!

The apartment was clean and conveniently located near my family, which was definitely a plus.

The apartment was very cold, and there was no heating available. My niece booked the apartment, and since I do not speak Dutch, she contacted the staff on our behalf. Unfortunately, no solution was provided that evening, and we had to stay in a cold apartment. I also ended up leaving the accommodation earlier than planned because I had to work. As a form of compensation, we were told we did not have to pay the city tax, but I honestly wonder what that actually means. Are these hidden costs? Overall, because it was winter, this experience does not encourage me to stay at this apartment again. It was simply too cold. Additionally, there was no microwave, which was quite disappointing.
