Amazing home. Very clean and well organized. Pool was great with outdoor tv and grill so family could spend maximum time together! Close to beach!

It was the perfect location and size for our group (3 adults/2 toddlers). One block from the beach and a short drive to anywhere. Very clean and updated. Lots of storage space for clothes and additional storage in the garage for extra bulky items like coolers and chairs (although there were beach chairs and a cooler already provided). Nice pool, outside grill and TV and a large table. The only downside was the parking. Even though there is enough room in the garage for one car, it is almost too narrow to get in. I had to fold in my side windows to clear the opening. Plenty of room for a golf cart or even two. The driveway is also very narrow and bushes along one side so even though my car fit, I couldn't open the doors on one side. Overall, I would absolutely rent this unit again! Thank you for your wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear that the home was such a great fit for your group and that you enjoyed the convenient location, updated accommodations, pool area, and thoughtful amenities. It's great to know the beach gear, outdoor living space, and extra storage helped make your stay even more comfortable. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the garage and driveway. As is common with many island properties, parking can be a bit tight, and your observations will be helpful for future guests when planning their stay. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us. We truly appreciate your recommendation and would be delighted to welcome you and your family back for another Anna Maria Island getaway! ☀️🏖️😊

Everything was super clean and appeared new! The pool was very clean. The location was perfect for getting to town and getting to the beach - a One block walk. The house had several beach chairs. The beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a beautiful unit! So fresh, clean and nicely decorated with beautiful tile, floors, and very cozy blankets. Even nice woven baskets to keep stuff in, (keys, suntan lotion etc) were a nice touch. Very calming colors, comfortable furniture and even pretty pots and pans. We loved eating outside at night and the setting was adorable. (No one was in the attached unit next to us at the time). The location was perfect to walk to the shops and restaurants, and the beach is only about a five minute walk. IN terms of AMI We especially loved the little taco place on Pine Avenue for lunch, the Starfish Seafood Company off Cortez road (have to drive there), the very cute clothing boutiques, and the beautiful blue/green water of Holmes beach that felt very much like we were in the Bahamas! Thank you so much for this beautiful review. It truly means a lot to hear how much you enjoyed both the home and the overall island experience. We love that you noticed all of those thoughtful details, from the cozy blankets and calming design to the little touches like the woven baskets. Creating a space that feels both elevated and comfortable is always our goal, so it is incredibly rewarding to know it resonated with you. It sounds like you made the most of your time here as well, from relaxing outdoor evenings to exploring some of our favorite local spots. There is something special about that easy walk to Pine Avenue and those stunning Holmes Beach waters that never gets old. We would absolutely love to welcome you back for another stay whenever you are ready for your next island escape.
