The overall check-in process and communication with the host were excellent. The house was tidy and clean upon arrival, and the outdoor pool was a great size for our group. During our stay, the weather was warm enough that the pool heater was not needed. There were a few areas that could be improved. The temperature varied significantly from room to room, and some bedrooms did not stay cool enough for the number of people sleeping in them. The back sliding glass doors were also difficult to lock, and when we arrived they had been left unlocked, which was a bit concerning since the property is located within a community. The community gate access was somewhat difficult to use as the QR code system was a bit inconsistent at times. Additionally, the pool table was located in the garage, but the space lacked proper ventilation. Although there was an overhead fan installed, it did not provide much airflow, making the room uncomfortably hot while using that area.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the cleanliness of the home and the host’s communication.

Our stay was great, property was exactly as advertised. We had everything we needed to be able to cook at the house if we wanted but tons of delivery and food options close by. It was a 25 minute drive over to universal and Disney. The hot tub and pool were clean and enjoyable. The hot tub did not get hot even though we paid for the heating, it was more of a jetted section of the pool. Bruno and the wonder vacations team were great, super responsive when I reached out about the pool heating. They sent someone over to look at it, we were gone for the day but it seemed to be warmer the last few days. They check in in often throughout our stay to make sure everything was to our liking. Lots of space, the beds were comfortable and showers were hot with good pressure. The pool table bumpers were a little warped making it hard to play on. We explored the story lake resort areas and were a little disappointed to find it cost extra to play on the very little mini golf course, the lazy river was small but fun and we were able to find some empty tubes to float around on for a while. They have a shuttle that will pick you up right at your place and bring you to anywhere on the resort that was really handy. Over all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again, we hope to be back next year.

Very clean and welcoming! Such a cute location, my family loved it!
