Questo appartamento si trova in un punto strategico per apprezzare al meglio Duluth. Qui trovi anche un parcheggio dove potrai lasciare comodamente il tuo mezzo e raggiungere Lago Superiore e Aerial Lift Bridge a piedi.

Nella cucina potrai preparare ottimi piatti come se fossi a casa! C'è proprio tutto l'occorrente: un forno, un piano cottura, un frigorifero, un kit per la preparazione di caffè/tè, un microonde e pentole/stoviglie/utensili. Potrai approfittare di Wi-Fi e TV: annoiarsi sarà davvero impossibile. Una splendida vasca idromassaggio e asciugacapelli sono tra le dotazioni del bagno della tua casa vacanza. Great location to Bridge and Canal park shops and to Park Point Beach.This lovely stay,blended the best Duluth area has to offer.The condo was very clean and kitchen was organized very well.It was a joy to sit in Living room and see the Ariel Bridge so closely. Lake Avenue traffic was noisy at times, but it was very subdued inside the condo.We enjoyed sitting on deck and when it was raining we simply looked out the large windows and watched the waves roll in.I highly recommend this location.

Absolutely beautiful property in the perfect location. Could not have asked for better. I stayed here for two nights while stopping through Duluth, and this place really 'made' this part of the trip. I had everything I needed within walking distance, as there are plenty of great restaurants just across the lift bridge. You can watch the ships come in from the living room or balcony, and the sunrise out over the lake in the mornings is just perfect. The property itself is incredibly nice, clean, and quiet. I'll definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

This is the second time we stayed on this property. Check-in was seamless, rooms were spotless and the location was perfect. We will stay here again.
