An exceptional, luxurious stay in a wonderful location! Local shops and restaurants. Champion Express across the street has a fresh bakery and sold plenty of breakfast items. We had an amazing stay at Prestigia - Riyad Al Andalous. The apartment itself is exceptionally spacious, featuring a luxury modern interior. The kitchen is very well-equipped for any self-catering needs, and the two bedrooms are nicely furnished and comfortable. Having two bathrooms (including a fantastic en-suite) was a huge plus for our family stay. Location-wise, it is ideal just a few minutes, walk to local shops and restaurants. We also particularly appreciated the security; with security personnel stationed right outside the apartment and on every corner, we felt completely safe and at ease throughout our trip. A fantastic experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately when we arrived around 6pm the security guard had left for the day so we couldn't access the apartment, as the external key fob was with the security guard. Plus we had no contact number to call the owners so had to wait for a response via booking.com. Also the instructions to access the apartment via the digital lock was not clear if you are not familiar with this type of lock.

This is definitely my best option in Rabat, a city where it is often difficult to find a good price-to-quality ratio. The flat is spacious and located in Hay Riyad, the best residential and business district in Rabat. It is close to Hay Riyad train station, the Moulay Abdallah Stadium, and the zoo. For runners and nature lovers, there are two wooded areas nearby: one on the way to the zoo and another in the opposite direction. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, offering a great atmosphere as well as tasty meals and breakfasts. The beds are very comfortable, as is the sofa in the living room. The large and comfortable balcony offers a pleasant view of the neighborhood and its atmosphere. The parking is easily accessible and includes a large parking space suitable for SUVs, which is quite rare in Morocco. The air conditioning works extremely well, which is also uncommon in many apartments. This flat truly offers hotel-level standards in every aspect. The hosts are very professional, welcoming, and responsive.

Access to the pool requires some coordination with the security staff, although I believe I was simply unlucky due to a shift change during my stay.
