Very nicely updated. Cute home in a very quiet neighborhood. Well furnished.
Need to pay better attention to details when cleaning and preparing for guests. We had a few issues. Also, the bed mattresses appeared to be good quality, but they really need better support from a real box spring or platform type foundation. The mattresses felt much too soft and offered no back support with the inexpensive frame that was used.

The location of property was great! Very close to grocery stores and gas stations if we needed anything. Close to downtown too if we decided to go out and enjoy an evening.
The amount of dust that collected on the ceiling fans, vents, lights in the bathroom, and dust downstairs along the top of the ceiling.
