Nothing, it’s a great little place to stay.

Very pleasantly surprised! We got a great price on booking.com and we chose this hotel based on high reviews. My wife owns a cleaning business and was very impressed with the room, bathroom, floor, counters, were spotless. We liked that the floors were hard and not carpet, seemed much cleaner. It looks like everything was recently painted and bedding was new looking. Very comfy sleep. Staff or owners were very friendly and welcoming. We would recommend for visitors to Berea Kentucky area!
They didn't offer breakfast, but we had an excellent one at a coffee shop, Just Love Coffee! Highly recommend. We were a bit disappointed that this was a motel with no interior halls, but all the positives mentioned far outweighs this.
