Stunning flat, spotlessly clean, with an excellent location and great communication from the hosts.
And the Wi-Fi and password 😄 not to mention the kitchen sign! Love, love, love it!

Clean and well located
WiFi was sporadic. Smart tv did not have connectivity. Had to use Horton my phone.

The location is perfect. Very close to the shambles.
As it's on the top floor there are lots of stairs to get to it and it was very warm in the rooms at night.

The location was great - near York Minster, the Shambles and the city wall. The rooms were bright and clean
Four flights of narrow steep stairs with no elevator for luggage, streets closed to driving, so we had to carry luggage .4 of a mile. Took us a long time to find parking anywhere nearby. No lock on bathroom door. Beds not comfortable. No air conditioning, even though the web page clearly states 'heating and air conditioning'. No screens in windows, so lots of flies inside. Lots of noise from the street. Need better communication on what to expect, where to park and how to locate the place. It's very well hidden.
