The customer service with impeccable I mean everything we needed it was like boom done they were kind they were courteous they were extra helpful I'm talking about like oh my God like I've never experienced this customer service like that in my entire life like I've been in more countries and more hotels than you can imagine and I've never been treated like that I would go back there in New York second that place was unbelievable
Nothing nothing everything was perfect

All of the check in information and codes that would be needed while onsite were sent quickly. The host responded to any questions and messages promptly and were very willing to work with us when the flights got delayed and changed. I booked this as a spring break trip for my son and his friends and it was the perfect location and accommodations for them.
Only thing I didn't like was that I wasn't able to attend this trip with them. I had to live vicariously through them. But working with this host made it easy for me to relax while they were away.
