Very central position for our visit, had everything you could possibly require, was spotlessly clean.

The location was excellent.
Difficulty getting access. There was no-one there to meet us and no instructions about how to get in. A call to the host was received by a bot who, after listening to our access problem and getting me to wait came back and said there was no-one to help me at that moment but someone would get in touch in due course. No information about how to operate the tv etc. En-suite shower is out of order and I was not told about this in advance. The automatic light in the en suite never went off. I reported this without response. Only one key and fob and so both had to out or in together. Seemingly no way to open the internal electric door from within the flat.
