+ Design interior with deep solid colors.
+ Windows facing the inner yard, so even though the apartment is located on a busy central street, it was relatively quiet.
+ Various lighting zones.
+ Window in a bathroom.
- Could be improved with more attention to detail and more timely maintenance.
- There was a noticeable smell of a dirty rug when we arrived, especially in the common hallway connecting the two apartments.
- The bathroom sink was clogged.
- The water temperature was unstable and required constant adjustment.
- The wooden TV stand was completely broken and unusable.
- Small, uncomfortable pillows.
