Didn't end up staying as there was confusion with the booking, but the owner went out of his way to help us find alternative accommodation. I can't thank him enough as he went to a lot of trouble to help us. Thank you again. This was our first contact with somebody in Egypt and his friendliness and helpfulness will not be forgotten.

Late advice about cancellation. We didn't stay at the accommodation.

I stayed with my family at this furnished apartment and I must say it exceeded my expectations. While it’s not a traditional five star hotel, it offerd a level of comfort and hospitality that makes you feel at home. Safe and secure environment, which is always a top priority for me and my kids. The AC worked perfect. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to provide both convenience and comfort. My kids loved the Nile view from the balcony. I lalso liked the high speed internet wifi. What truly set apart was the staff. He spoke English. He was friendly, approachable, and eager to help. I had most of my things delivered to me even water. The best thing was the car service with AC they provided when you need to go around without haggling with every new taxi or Uber driver.

Some of the rooms need furnisher upgrade
