We had i lovely stay in your flat. 5 of us had more than enough space for everthing. Location is ok free parking (underground garage when the outside is 40 ia relly great benefit). Next time when we visit Vienna first place that we will check availability will be your flat.

Spacious apartment with contactless access and parking in the underground garage. I especially enjoyed the view of the park from the living room during my morning coffee routine. The nearest public transportation stop is only a few minutes' walk away.
The old squeaky floor made me feel uncomfortable when walking, as I was concerned about disturbing the neighbors below. Much of the furniture is outdated and could be replaced. In my opinion, the apartment would benefit from a thorough renovation carried out by professionals.
