Tutto perfetto amazing.

Limpio, cómodo y bien equipado. Muy buena ubicación, con acceso a restaurantes y comercios alrededor y transporte público a los principales sitios de interés. La comunicación fue óptima y las consultas y pedidos fueron atendidos.

Faltaría más ganchos para colgar la ropa en el baño y una jabonera en la ducha. Detalles mínimos...

The room was comfortable had a nice fridge and cooking set the bathroom was quite small.

The check in process was horrible very lengthy I was on a train and had to upload passport pictures and fill out several forms. The washing machine was broken. I saw other reviews mentioning this and when I went to use it I was told to send a video which I did and then was told that I had to force the door which didn’t open at all had to spend 8 euros at a laundromat nearby. Any issues I had I was told to watch a video which they provided the links to and then asked to send a video to be told that I had to watch the video again. One day we left the door didn’t lock it had locked the day before I contacted them then was told to watch the video I told them I had and it locked the day before but we had commitment s and had to leave they went to check and we’re not happy about it and I got a rude message telling me to watch the video again. There was no hand soap in the bathroom even though they had the dispenser in a drawer. The hot water boiler didn’t have the capacity for enough hot water for three people. The aircon wasn’t working properly and the coffee machine was also not working properly.
