The quietness
Replace fans with aircons in rooms, it was extremely cold. I struggled to maneuver the TV, not user friendly. Consider installing shutter burglars for more safety. Consider placing microwaves in rooms instead of having to walk out to the back kitchen, it is not safe, someone can simply follow you to the back.
