Marina is a wonderful host and has created a beautiful, open-concept house that is lovingly decorated. The high ceilings and the charm of the Sassi make this accommodation truly special.
The kitchen is superbly equipped, the beds are very comfortable, and absolutely everything you need is provided. Plus, you can easily walk everywhere, with plenty of great restaurants just a short stroll away.
100 percent recommended!

My friend and I stayed at Sassi & Charme for 2 nights. The apartment was newly remodeled, very clean, beautiful and very spacious. The location was excellent and allowed us to walk around Matera a lot and also come back to the apartment for a little break.
We were arriving earlier than expected and Marina and her husband made sure that the apartment was ready for us to do an earlier check in. They explained everything to us and gave us recommendations. They are delightful.
I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend Sassi & Charme to my friends and family.
