Un hôtel exceptionnel, que je recommande de tout cœur ! J’y avais déjà séjourné avec mon fils et j’en avais gardé un excellent souvenir. C’est donc en toute confiance que je l’ai réservé cette fois-ci pour mon mari et mon fils. L’accueil est vraiment remarquable : une équipe adorable, souriante, attentionnée et bienveillante, qui donne le sentiment d’être la bienvenue dès l’arrivée. Cette gentillesse fait toute la différence ! L’hôtel est très bien situé, tout en étant au calme, et la literie est particulièrement confortable : tout est réuni pour passer un agréable séjour et bien se reposer. Le restaurant attenant est lui aussi exceptionnel et mérite pleinement le détour ! Un vrai plus qui complète à merveille l’expérience. Une adresse où l’on revient avec plaisir et que l’on recommande sans hésitation à ses proches. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour son accueil chaleureux. Allez-y les yeux fermés !

The room was big with a very comfortable bed. The food was very good. Close to city center within 10 minutes walk.

The check in was too long, only one person for around 5 guests waiting. The big parking in front of the hotel was full with cars attending some event and the guests remaining overnight did not have a place to park

Location of the hotel is ok .

Hotel is very outdated, needs massive refurbishment. We had the room to the street side and literally we heard everything from outside ,meaning that the windows are cheap ones. When we went for breakfast we felt like we are into a funeral meal as nobody greet us ,no ambience of music , food was poor and the Chef and Waitress were talking in front of bar and we heard all silly conversations about their conspiracy and obvious they were not interested on how was the food for customers and cleaning the tables . Typical romanian poor management with careless staff .
