Well equipped kitchen facilities, plenty of seating and dining room, comfortable beds.
Only one split system, bedrooms were very cold at night.

Fantastic home for families. Ample bedding for children. Love the little touch like books, building blocks and even bikes for the family. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you need. The coffee machine was greatly appreciated. Bathrooms also supplied shampoo/conditioner and body wash. Great location and a short drive into Ocean Grove main streets and Barwon Heads. Nice walking trails along the Barwon River. We took our dog with us, and there was a great outdoor area for her. A nice decking area and seating outside. Lovely that the house also accommodates pets. A really enjoyable stay here
Some kitchenware to be in better condition, however very much still in a useable state
