Everything was clean and in good condition. Shower was simple to use. Bed was comfy. Perfect for my needs.
No negatives at all.

The proximity to the station, the cleanliness, facilities and the constant communication from the host. I think it was exceptionally brilliant

Great location close to station and Trent Bridge cricket ground.
There was a slight ant issue in the property and not ring able to properly open the bedroom window made it unbearably hot, although temperatures were extreme during our stay. Also note there is not ‘free parking’ as advertised on the booking.com description. The recommended option at a local health centre is cheap, £4 for 24 hours, but this runs from 12pm so not much use if you arrive before then. This caused us a fair bit hassle as it was not easy to renew ivia the ring go app
