Clean, comfortable and great location. Everything in the CBD within walking distance.
I’m splitting hairs here. The apartment was a little tired and dated. Basin had surface cracks and surface rust.

It was close to the city and was easy to get around
A lot of the furniture was falling apart like screws weren’t in properly and the sliding doors wouldn’t close fully with some small cracks letting you peak through

Everything was good. The view was good. Everything within walking distance or easily catch a tram if you don't want to walk to far.
State Library and old Melbourne gaol just up the road, both a must see.
We did over 73,000 steps in 4 days, the spa was our happy place to relieve our muscles.
The car parking area actually caused me enough anxiety as I feared I would damage my car on either the pillar or the wall. In the end my daughter offered to try to do it. I got out the car and couldn't look. She did a great job. Car didn't move from there until we needed to move it. I've been driving for like 40yrs, not much gives me anxiety but this did. Not the host's fault, it's whoever ever designed the car parking.
