The perfect location and an amazing property with a large pool and backyard area, right on the doorstep of Monopoli and very close to a great supermarket. Hosts were super helpful throughout entire process. 10/10 stay, perfect for families

We really enjoyed staying at Villa Franca: The location was within a 10 minutes walk to the south side of the center. The villa is beautiful, convenient and very well maintained with parking and pool on premise. The owner was very attentive, and quickly resolved any issues we had. We recommend the place.
If you are a party of 4 like we were, it could get a little busy with one bathroom.

The Villa is lovely. We stayed in the 1 bedroom part and it was perfect for us. The Pool is wonderful and there are sunbeds, bbq and outdoor dining furniture. It’s not too far from the main old town , about 15 minute walk.
The owner is a lovely lady , charming and very friendly.
There is a supermarket just down the road and it’s a very good one .
All good. Nothing not to like

The fact there was a pool and a car park made all the difference. The pool was the highlight for us as it was so hot whilst we there.
The ad says private pool but I didn’t realise it was shared with the family staying in the bigger apartment. This was fine, just wasn’t expecting it.
