Für uns perfekte Lage. Sehr sehr zuvorkommendes Personal.

+ Great apartment, clean on arrival
+ great to have a lift in building
+ situated perfectly for transport links restaurants and shops.
+ most essentials provided
+ Good response to queries via WhatsApp
- booking in and getting our reservation number really stressful and difficult
- telephone number didn't work...had to email or eventually use WhatsApp for queries...
- no instructions for anything in English
- the apartment was not serviced at all during our stay...not sure if we needed to request...see previous point
- no kettle ....and only 2 pods for the coffee machine which could not be used to make tea
- reliance on app for getting in and put of the apartment frustrating and inefficient
