The staff was amazing always so helpful, welcoming, professional at all times. Willing to drop everything to fix any issues. I had an amazing room over looking the bridge, the view was intoxicating, also the hotel is close to lots of shops, so location wise it was fantastic. My stay at NewCz Centrum was wonderful I was there for seven days and loved every minute if it. I make mention I am a solo traveller and I always felt supported which is very comforting when you have flown 10 hours 40 minutes away from home.

Very chic and attentive staff. Excellent location close to shopping, spa, and subway line 2. High recommend and good value.

My girlfriend and I stayed 4 nights at this hotel and would highly recommend it. It's very central, close to the subway and lots of nice cafes and restaurants. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly as well. We also made use of the free parking, which was very helpful for us. Thanks again for a great time in Busan! I would stay again.
