No complaints regarding the apartment - nice big bedrooms and bathrooms, plenty of storage, in-unit laundry, patio that looks into the courtyard/at other units, covered parking. It's close to a busy street but was quiet enough in the apartment. However, two important things:(1) the apartment isn't where it shows on the map but is about 10 minutes away in a complex called Stella. Use Ruth's Chris to get a better sense of where you'll actually be. Even though the host immediately shared that info with us upon booking and gave us the chance to back out if the location didn't suit, it was a LOT of time and energy spent in the planning process to then find out we were planning using bad data. (2) you have to meet an actual human being to check in and get physical keys, so you have to coordinate. It feels sketchy - stranger saying I'm in my truck parked in the alley by the garage; meet me and we'll go up in the elevator together to the apartment - but actually the person who met us was lovely, and was able to meet us a little earlier than check in was supposed to be. But we had a pretty complicated agenda so adding in "go to apt before 9p to get keys" (they charge if after that) was annoying, rather than just have a lockbox or keypad. On the other hand, it was good to have a physical key because the power went out on our last night (not their fault) and the fobs didn't work!Anyway, it was comfortable for our family (adults teens)! Just be aware of logistics!

The home was very clean. The only thing I would change is the amount of towels given. We only had 4 face cloths and 4 towels for a weekend stay. It was 4 guests. Had to go out and purchase towels

The host was great

Some good and bad about our stayGood:1) Comfy beds2) Quiet with very little noise from neighbors3) Great pool which was nice and warm for kids. Gym was good. 4) Two full bathrooms was nice. Washer and dryer were useful too. Bad:1) The floors were sticky and carpets need a real deep clean. You didn’t want to be walking around barefoot. 2) The dishwasher was corroded inside and the dishwashing sponges stank, which didn’t give great confidence in the dishes being clean. 3) The shower faucet was broken so only one of the two baths/showers was useable. We let the host know but it didn’t get fixed.
