Questa baita che ammette animali domestici è in una posizione strategica: a due passi da piste di pattinaggio sul ghiaccio, da itinerari per l'ecoturismo e da molte altre località interessanti. Ti piace la comodità? Questa sistemazione offre anche un garage coperto, dove potrai lasciare il tuo mezzo per raggiungere a piedi Red Rock Canyon Open Space. Se invece hai ancora voglia di guidare, mettiti al volante: ci vogliono 4 minuti in auto per raggiungere Garden of the Gods (parco).

Nella vasca idromassaggio o sulla terrazza privata di questa baita da 146 metri quadri, ti sentirai finalmente in pace e vivrai dei momenti di vero relax. Ma non dimenticare che qui troverai anche un cortile privato recintato e un'area barbecue. Anche se decidi di restare in casa, potrai approfittare di Wi-Fi gratuito e TV: annoiarsi sarà davvero impossibile.

Questa sistemazione con 3 camere e 2.5 bagni offre anche un'accogliente sala da pranzo, l'aria condizionata, una pratica scrivania e uno studio. Qui avrai a tua completa disposizione asciugacapelli e asciugamani. Nella cucina troverai un forno, un piano cottura e un frigorifero, oltre a un kit per la preparazione di caffè/tè, un microonde e pentole/stoviglie/utensili. This property has many positives and a few negatives. Location is excellent with easy access to Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, Cliff Dwellings, Cave of the Winds, and especially Garden of the Gods. The Red Rock Canyon trails are right down the street, within easy walking distance. The house is spacious and clean. The backyard was a lot of fun for the grandkids; however, the fencing is not secure for a large-breed dog. Fortunately, ours is very small and was not an issue. All in all, it was very comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. The few negatives were as follows. The door lock would not work for the first 15 minutes until the host reset the code. The master bedroom does not have AC and got very hot on two nights. The doorknob on the bedroom leading to the deck was about to fall off, so I fixed it with my trusty Swiss Army knife. The dryer does not turn off on its own, so keep this in mind that you don't leave it unattended. Beware of the steep driveway if you have low ground clearance, such as a van. We enjoyed our stay.

Location just can’t be beat. You are very near hiking destinations, areas of interest, great restaurants and quant shopping. It snowed the day before and day we arrived which really added to the experience. There was no snow at the place we stayed but at some locations we visited. The neighborhood is very quiet - which was nice. There is a terrific hiking trailhead within walking distance that can accommodate all fitness levels. If Manitou Springs and Colorado Springs are places you are looking to visit this is a great house to make your stay at.

I would give the communication more than 5 stars if possible. They were quick to answer calls emails and even texted back and forth. Property was more stocked with essentials than any other I’ve rented. Beds were extremely comfortable. Check in and check out was very easy. Location was amazing with Red Rocks canyon an 3 minute walk and Garden of the Gods a stones throw across the road. Hot tub a huge plus. Thanks so much and will be booking again

House was very clean. Pictures did not do the driveway justice, it was steep. Upon arrival the entry code was incorrect and the storm door was broken. Luckily someone answered the phone and was able to assist quickly. Once inside we were hit with the strongest smell of fabreeze/ air freshener that I have ever experienced. It was overwhelming but we were able to air the house out after a couple hours. Our stay got better after our poor first impression. Kitchen had most everything you need for cooking. Hot tub and grill were nice and both worked. The main bedroom was nice and clean. Other than the annoying hiccups we had this would be a good place for a family or group of friends for a close stay to manitou springs.
