Great property located right on the beach. Plenty of beach chairs. There are several shade structures further back from the water. We did rent chairs and umbrellas. There were a couple chairs, a small umbrella , and a floatie also available in the condo left from past guests which was definitely a bonus.

Great rental in Siesta Key. We visit Siesta at least once per year and have been visiting for around 15 years. This has been one of the best rentals we have had. We came with our family - two adults and two kids, 8 and 4 years old. It was great having direct access to the beach.

Beautiful condo ON THE BEACH! Big, beautiful beach with plenty of room for all the guests to spread out. The condo was lovely, very clean, and for the most part, adequately appointed. We had to purchase a few dish towels, paper towel, napkins, paper plates, etc but otherwise we had everything we needed. The only issue we encountered was where our guests could park as the unit only has 1 spot and sometimes the parking by the front office was taken up by food trucks! Definitely want to return to this place next winter :)
