Ideal property for walking into Stratford. It was clean and well presented. The communication was very good but we were told we would have check-in details 3 days prior to going and we didn’t get them until nearly 6.00 pm the night before. This left us worried and stressed that there was a problem. Also the check in book told us that the thermostat for the heating was in the cupboard with the boiler and it was actually on top of the microwave and unlike any thermostat we had seen before. The other thing was that to get any channels on the tv you had to use the apps. It took us the whole of the stay to work out how to get up to date news. Also everything we watched had sub titles which were distracting as they weren’t in time with the speaking. Suggest a label attached to thermostat to clarify what it is for and that tv is connected to Freeview for easy access to live channels.
