Clean, good location.
The AC wasn’t on when we arrived and rooms were very warm. Had to work out for ourselves how to operate them as they didn’t power on easily. Annoyingly, only 2 of the 3 AC units worked and despite contacting the support staff, nothing was done and we stayed for 3 nights - so there was plenty of time to address this.
Also, there is currently (July 2026) tram works being done on the road directly outside the property. And they start noisy work at 7:30am. These things happen, but most properties would advise in advance that this is taking place and to expect some disruption. Unfortunately we weren’t advised of this.

"Great apartment, felt like we really were living like a local. Great tram stop and also close to metro for central station."
