The property was very clean, comfortable high enough that you didn’t have to look at the people below unless you look down there there was sea life out in the water, which we could see it was an excellent choice

The location was on point.
I had to pay for a two-bedroom resort fee when i only had one bedroom.

Location, location, location! Very nice facility with a Starbucks on site. 3 pools and fitness facility
Was not told to pre-register with HOA

Excellent everything! Only thing is that the appliances need updated.. washer knocks, dryer squeaks, dishwasher overflowed, and the ceiling fan in the bedroom was noisy. This is still a beautiful place and a great value.. kids loved the bunk beds! We loved the painting headboard in master bedroom! The appliances all did there job so it really didn't hender our stay, just a bit noisy and would be absolutely perfect if those issues were addressed..
