1. You can enjoy the sea view from the bedroom
2. Street parking with many empty spots.
3. You find everything you need in the room.

1. When I walked into the living room, I noticed a mouldy smell. Maybe the ventilation system in the living room isn’t very good.
2. I’m not sure I want to open the bathroom window, because once I open it, insects might fly in.
