From the time I booked this accommodation Jay was amazing with all the information we needed for our stay in Cappadocia, he anticipated everything we could possibly need and booked our airport transfer for us which was seamless. Then when we arrived the staff were very friendly and accommodating, looking after all our bookings for the Ballon rides, day tours and horse riding. Breakfast was also fantastic, being traditional Turkish was a treat. The room was very comfortable for myself and my two adult children. The location is perfect. Right in town, easy to get to restaurants and shops. We had a terrace out the front of the room which was great to hang out and watch the balloons. There is also another viewing point on the roof. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommended this place.

Breakfast was simple but good, it had everything we needed. It was central very easy to walk to the city center. When we arrived room was clean, bed were to our liking and bathroom was spacious. Room looked very similar to the pictures. Hotel staff was attentive and helped us booking nice tours, including the hot air balloon tour, the green tour and Turkish night, which we highly recommend.

Is not that the property didn't look like the pictures, but the feeling was that it lacked maintenance. The garden could have been better cared, grass seemed to not have been cut for a while. We've were initially excited about the terrace, as the pictures in the ad look great with nice furniture and rugs. but just a few were available when we visited. Rest was covered by blue plastic. They explained it was because of the rain, but it didn't rain any of the days we were there, and still things were not made available for use.
