Decoration, design, taste of developer, luxury, connectivity, maintenance and support management Bilal and support Montaser top customer experience

Workers around the place Behaviour invading privacy and require security checks as some of them were noisy and sneaking on people Which is damaging great experiences Also rental car is picking not for clients service but more for driver evaluation and benefit require proper management

Cozy and comfortable

I like the cleanliness and the apartment looks elegant and modern - it’s very good stay for a family.

I’m dealing with Booking.com since many years and its the first time the host required me to sign a separate contract. In principle, I had no issue with that, but it should have been handled in a much more professional way, which unfortunately was not the case. The contract itself did not feel professional, especially since there was no proper closure process. I checked out without signing any departure or handover document. In addition, the contract included a clause stating that all apartment belongings were protected and referred to an annex listing those items. I specifically asked for that annex, but I never received or saw it. This meant I was asked to sign for contents that were unknown to me, which I did not like at all. I hope they reconsider the way they handle the contract and its attachments in the future.
