It was clean and modern. The beds were comfortable. The location was quiet. The host had excellent communication skills. It was convenient for what we needed to do.
We struggled to find it. The satnav wasn't accurate so a description of how to find it would have helped. The outside was a bit scruffy - an old shopping trolley and two bikes were cluttering up the garden. We thought the bathroom door was really weird. The overhead shower head was very poor.

Well equipped kitchen. Beds comfortable.
Bathroom and shower facilities were not ideal. Either scalding hot or freezing cold water. Windows dirty.
