Facilities, cleanliness, comfy, hospitality, peaceful location.

So much to praise! Location is perfect if you like a quiet night’s sleep like me. No traffic sounds. Situated down a quiet street away from the street bustle. You’ll get good quality sleep. The place has sophisticated sound isolation too so there’s extra assurance. Rooms have a relaxing vibe. Nice big comfy beds. Cleanliness was sublime. Bathrooms have a refreshing style and aura about them. The perfect concoction of relaxed clean environment and friendly service. The host is one of the most sincere and friendly hosts you could ask for. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Highly recommended! Pleasure to have stayed there at such good value.

The location

We really enjoyed our stay here in Hanoi. The location was great — in a quiet and clean area, while still being close to the city center and easy to get around from. The owner was very kind and always replied quickly to messages. We also appreciated being able to leave our luggage there for a few hours after check-out. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall the value for money was very good. There was a bit of noise from the nearby school in the mornings, and one night there was also some noise from a dog outside. The owner apologized immediately, even though it was not really his fault, which we appreciated. Overall, we had a very nice experience here. I already miss Hanoi, and I would definitely recommend this place to others.
