The hotel is clean and the staff is super friendly. It is a great value for money and has an excellent gym.

The hotel doesn’t have a beach front but has access to a private beach that is 10 minutes away. There’s shuttle bus service available. This is fine for me as a local as I have my own car but is worth noting for anyone who doesn’t and minds planning ahead or waiting for shuttle bus service.

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere and the staff are friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Chef Hossam for the delicious desserts, Youssef and Mahmoud from the recreation team for their great energy, and Khaled and Nouran at reception for their warm welcome and professionalism.

Nothing major. Everything was comfortable and well organized during my stay.

Stuff very kind

After I ordered the juices, I was informed by the staff member that they were chargeable only after I had already ordered and consumed them, which put me in a situation where I had no choice but to pay. Of course, I paid because I would never accept taking something without paying for it. However, I strongly believe I should have been informed beforehand, especially considering the price charged it has always been my expectation that juices and beverages served with meals are included unless clearly stated otherwise. This was not mentioned to me at reception either. What bothered me most was the way the situation was handled.
