We couldn't actually stay there.

The host was very welcoming. The location was as expected. The car parking was as expected.

The ratings will seem a bit chaotic. This is not the fault of the accommodation or the host but rather down to our advanced years. After booking in to the room which was in the attic, we realised we would not be able to negotiate the attic stairs during the night to reach the bathroom. Consequently, we didn't actually stay there. It would be fine for a younger couple.

the water packed up in extreme temperatures and it was very hot all of the time.

There was no breakfast only alpro or oat milk and no bread. The radio didn't work neither did the TV and the water went off on the 2nd day when it was stifling hot. Kit gave me a lift to the station which was kind but if you're asking me was the stay accomodation any good - then, no it was not at all

House owner Adrian was very helpful. Washroom and bedroom was neat and clean.

Proximity to station and central town. Nice and well maintained house. Certainly recommend for short stays!! Thank you Adrian and Stefan for all your support and help!!

There wasn't a stay and your Booking Com AI assistant refused to recognise my confirmation number.

NOTHING

Three different numbers to make contact - then a call at 6.00pm from Uncle Kip - by which time I had booked a hotel. Useless!
