The location is excellent, relatively close to a metro station, that is my preferred mode of transportation in Vienna. A lot of shopping opportunities nearby. The apartment is very clean, very nicely arranged, it really has everything you need. I highly recommend it.
I think it would be helpful to put a coat hook near the entry door, particulary in winter.

It was our pleasure to stay in your beautiful apartment with its beautiful and tidy furniture and fully equipped kitchen.
The parking little bit far ( 7-10 minutes walking )
