Very helpful and kind hosts! They shared all information, detailed recommendations, water, coffee and champagne were given too! Location was great, gives local vibe but also quite chill. It’s close to bus stop, ferry station, one bistro is right next to it. Tiny room but everything was provided what we needed.

Viskas buvo ko reikia, su virtuve, indai, dušas.

Tik permiegoti gerai, toliau nuo centro.

The host was very welcoming. The location in the San Giovanni area of Bellagio was great—only a 3-minute walk from the San Giovanni ferry station, which made it easy to travel to Lenno, Menaggio, Varenna, or Bellagio center (though I recommend always checking the ferry schedule). There's also a nice spot for swimming just 7 minutes away on foot. The bus stop is 5 minutes away, which is very convenient. The location is slightly outside of Bellagio center—about 5 minutes by bus or 25 minutes walking. Walking isn't a big issue, but the slight uphill can be a bit tiring. One thing to note is that the bus from Bellagio center stops running relatively early in the evening. Coming from Paris, where nights start much later, 10 p.m. felt quite early. However, the whole town shuts down around the same time, so it's fine for early sleepers.

There was some humidity and a slight damp smell in the apartment—probably due to its proximity to the lake, which is understandable. Luckily, there was both air conditioning and a fan available, which helped make it more comfortable. Also, a bit of noise in the morning from the café next door, but that’s part of the local atmosphere.

Location is perfect, access to property was easy and clear. Owner was very helpful will all recommendations and guideness

Cleaning more needed: floor was dirty, many black hairs and bedding was nots so pleasant when we found 2 long hairs..
