The friendliness of the staff, it was a lady that welcomed me. i do not know if there's other staff members. i dealt with her only up until i checked out. she was excellent in everything and everyway. She introduced herself as Lindi.
for the place i staid in and booked at nothing whatsoever everything was up to standard and in alignment with their grade.

I liked the warm welcome from the lady, and the cleanliness of the room.
On the day of my arrival, I did not have hot water until the following morning. I asked about it several times, but nothing was done to resolve the issue.
The location of the place is also quite far from shops and other amenities—it is honestly in the middle of nowhere. I was not impressed with the location.
The appliances, especially the microwave in my room, were also not working, which was inconvenient.
