Grand logement éclairé, proche de tout. Il y a un ascenseur, ce qui permet de monter nos bagages sans problème.
En entrant dans l’immeuble, l’odeur dégagée par la salle des déchets située dans l’entrée est épouvantable.
Il faudrait trouver une solution.
Le bain avec douche n’est pas facile d’accès pour des personnes qui n’ont plus 20 ans.
L’accès au code de la porte d’entrée de l’immeuble ainsi que le code pour la boîte à clés de l’appartement n’est pas facile à obtenir si on n’a pas le Wifi, ce qui est le cas lorsqu’on arrive d’un autre continent. Nous avons loué d’autres appartements en France, et les propriétaires n’ont eu aucun problème à nous envoyer le code quelques jours à l’avance, alors que nous avions le wifi chez nous.
À notre arrivée à Epernay nous avons dû aller dans un restaurant pour leur demander le code Wifi pour avoir accès à l’information, et ce en traînant nos bagages. Pas exactement une entrée facile…

Locatie was top! En ruim appartement met alles tot je beschikking. Duidelijke uitleg over hoe of wat.
Het gebouw zelf rook echt naar schimmel en andere vieze dingen. Dit rook je ook nog wel in het appartement. Hygiene was matig. Over het algemeen leek het wel schoon, maar denk dat het verouderde gebouw helpend is.

use of Passpass app which allowed an easy guided check in, location was excellent. Close to the tourist office, the champagne avenue and the train station. The apartment was spacious & well kitted out.

LOCATION it was centrally located in Epernay close to everything. However being in the centre meant that all the parking had to be paid for which added substantially to the 4 day costs. Apartment was neat, tidy and spacious with most things needed.
LOCATION the apartment is bordered by 3 roads including a set of traffic lights, and is located above a bar/restaurant. The traffic noise is continual through the day and night particularly motor bikes screaming up and down the street at all hours. If you close the windows it reduces the noise a little but then the apartment becomes hot. With no air conditioning, only fans, it would become very hot in the summer months. We had to keep the bedroom windows closed in an effort to get any sleep at all. For people used to city noise it may be OK but if you are looking for peace and quiet this is not the place. Rubbish bins are located in a cupboard in the foyer and for two days the smell was awful.
Sadly our experience here was not a happy one.
