Decent size apartment & great location.
It was clean & tidy.
Flies would get in the apartment but I guess that’s FNQ for ya.
I think all A/C units are due for a clean.
Getting to the garage was a mission but grateful for parking in the city.

There was no easy contact with the landlord, there was no advice on were or how to access the car park, sent 3 emails and got no reply

Absolutly loved the property, upon arrival staff were very helpful with assistance to access the facility! It was exceptionally clean and very spacious! Highly recommended to my friends and family ☺️

The location was good.
The air conditioning throughout aren’t cleaned and the main bedroom carpet has mould throughout and smells quite bad of mould.
The garage up the top of the block doesn’t connect to the unit.
