Staff is very supportive & helpful. Room was large and nicely designed. Lobby & Reception Area are designed very tastefully and they offer complimentary Arabic Coffee & refreshing Tonic Mint & Lemon Water which is appreciated.

AC was not cooling in room and was making noise, so asked to clean filters at mid night, staff asked to change room instead- I preferred to stay in same room, so insisted for cleaning. After filter cleaning, it was better. Breakfast had very little Vegetarian Food Options and had some fruit. No Bread toaster was even available, No Fresh Milk provided to prepare tea/ coffee and had creamer instead. Expected far better food options for such a good property especially when they are charging so much. Also had flies in Restaurant serving breakfast, which is not so hygenic. Hotel doesn't have operational basement parking and we had to park the car in an empty plot next to hotel, which was not expected. My room had large windows overlooking from road but these windows were not sealed properly and had some wheezing sound which is disturbing while sleeping.
