Good location, well set out for tiny house.
Could have been a lot cleaner.

So cute, homely, lovely rustic decor and well appointed - it had everything we needed for our stay. And the cream tea welcome pack was a lovely touch! The bed was incredibly comfortable - and along with the fresh sea air we slept wonderfully. The location is perfect - both for the village and walking the coast path. Would definitely recommend.
This is very minor but the sink in the bathroom is so tiny and the taps so high it felt impossible to use without splashing water everywhere - its the only element of the decor that seemed to prioritise design over functionality. Also as someone who doesn't have dogs I noticed all my dark coloured clothes collected dog hair from the blankets on top of the bed. It didn't put me off - I would still go again and recommend it but maybe bring a hair remover brush with you if like me you wear a lot of black!.

The property is close to Lizard pubs and stores. Within easy walking distance of Lizard Point.
This "house" is very small for two people. Fancy kitchen, but the "table" is a small slab of wood which, when in place blocks the entry door. When you sit at the table you are directly facing the door. The view out the windows is of the wall across the alley. Although the bed is listed as "king" we felt that it is actually a "queen" or "double" size. Listing says this is an "entire home." They should include the word "tiny" in their description for full disclosure.
There is no microwave, which would be very useful for travelers.
