Spacious house The key collection process was very easy and straightforward. The instructions provided were clear and easy to follow, and we had no issues collecting the keys on arrival. Everything was well organised, making our check-in smooth and stress-free. Overall, it was a very convenient experience.

Loved this place, loved the location. It is PERFECT for families! We stayed here as a family and it had everything you needed in a house. Easy for us to cook, clean, and wash&dry our clothes. The washer/dryer was especially handy cos it was raining majority of the time in nadi. We had family come over for dinner some nights, it was easy to host them. With the big kitchen and the open planned space in living room. All the rooms had double bed and AC. And spare mattresses and blankets when we wanted to sleep in the lounge. Central location (behind namaka town). Great responsive hosts! We had a funeral and last minute request to extend our stay another 2 days. The Vishaal was very accomodating, cannot recommend this place enough! I’ve stayed in a lot of places, this one is one of my favourite in terms of meeting guest needs. The garage was a bit tight for our rental car to park, but the private parking with gate enclosure was so good. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Cleanliness, convenient to shops & homely.

Mattresses, bathroom basin leak not sure where the source was, dishwashing liquid or tablets not available, mop head does not fit the stick. All in all it was a comfortable stay. Many thanks.

Location is close to airport. The size is great for families.

The home is very large, and access to the property and key was easy and straightforward. We booked it after arriving from the islands and were looking for somewhere comfortable to rest for one night. Unfortunately, the property did not meet our expectations based on the listing or photos. While the main living areas appeared reasonably clean, the home generally needed a thorough deep clean. There was a noticeable layer of dust on the windows, in the bathrooms, and particularly around the beds. The bathroom floors also had hair from previous guests. The master bedroom mattress was very worn, and the springs could be felt when lying down, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. There was also very little in the way of hospitality. No bottled drinking water or basic bathroom amenities were provided, which would have been a welcome touch, particularly for guests arriving late in the evening. The accommodation was adequate for the one night we stayed. However, we had also booked a second night for our return from the Coral Coast before our flight the following morning. Given our experience, we asked to cancel that night and receive a refund, giving the host ample notice and explaining our concerns. We were not seeking compensation for the night we had already stayed; we simply did not feel that we had rested well and preferred to find alternative accommodation for our final night. Unfortunately, the host was unwilling to assist with the cancellation or provide any compensation for the unused night. While we value a cancellation policy which theirs did state no refunds, we felt after having stayed there and be so uncomfortable it was within reason to reimburse. We have travelled extensively and stayed in all kinds of accommodation, and we genuinely do not enjoy leaving harsh reviews. This property has a lot of potential because it is spacious and could be a lovely home for guests.
