The staff were cooperative and kind, we loved the calmness, cleanliness and the nice smell. The beds & pillows were comfortable. The availability of delicious Saudi coffee all the time and the diversity of dates provided. I will definitely return to it again.

An Unforgettable Stay at Rixos Obhur! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Rixos Obhur! Everything was exceptional, from the beautiful facilities and delicious food to the coffee, snacks, and fantastic Kids Club. Every detail contributed to making our stay truly memorable. What made our visit even more special was the incredible hospitality of the staff. I would particularly like to thank Dana from Guest Relations and Nawaf from Reception, who went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible experience. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to every little detail were outstanding. They even arranged a lovely room upgrade, which was such a wonderful surprise! A special thank you also goes to the Kids Club team, who made a lovely gesture for my children’s birthday. It was such a thoughtful touch that made their celebration even more special and brought so much happiness to our family. From the smallest gestures to the biggest arrangements, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. The entire team was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. A huge thank you to Dana, Nawaf, and the whole Rixos Obhur team for such an amazing experience. We made beautiful family memories and will definitely be coming back! Highly recommended, especially for families looking for exceptional hospitality and a memorable getaway! ❤️

I liked the friendly atmosphere, the quality and variety of food, the quality of all services provided, very convenient transportation to the beach and back to the hotel, the sauna and jacuzzi, the beach.

From the side of the hotel, I consider they should have the option of 2 double beds when two family members want to share a room; the single beds were not appreciated (two narrow in my opinion) and the pillows did not match my expectations, honeastly my nights were not as good as I have dreamed of. On the side of Booking. com, I do not consider transparent and honest from their side that when the customer is going to make the payment of the hotel stay, they quickly introduce an extra-amount, and it is so quick done that the customer do not have the time to see how much it is. We, as customers we know that the service has a price, but we do want to know in advance how much the commission is.

the location was great , the staff were friendly and welcoming, room was spacious.

crowded in the swimming pools, crowded restaurants, food was average , room service was disappointing, they answered late i asked for water and they sent it in plastic trash bin bag. the requested sheets were still wet, elevators smelled cooking specially meals times.
