Location was nicely situated on the Ottauqueechee Rive, halfway between Woodstock and Queechee, so not far from anything. Completely private -- no other houses around! Plenty towels and linens for a four-night stay. Kitchen appliances in good working order.
Having the bathroom and bedrooms on different floors was inconvenient. There are no closets upstairs, but a hanging rack was provided in one of the bedrooms.

Great location by the river.
The property was kept up and the house was very clean.
Lots of charm with the rustic floors and exposed floor joists in the ceiling.
Had everything we needed for out 2 night stay.
Bed was hard as a rock for me. Some traffic noise that kept me up due to an a/c unit in the window. It was just that time of the year where it didn't need to run to drown out the outside noise.
