Great location, 15 minute walking from the center, the cafe for the breakfast is a hidden gem, host was exceptional and very helpful.

Posizione e tipologia di appartamento. Gentilezza e disponibilità

The location, it is so quiet in more residential area. The host was available on whatsapp anytime I needed her.

Its a little dark for me but its a personal preference. It may be advantage on super hot summer days!

Francesca was always very helpful and contactable going over and above, especially when we needed to book a taxi for the airport. The location was very good, quiet and made access to the main attractions in the centre of the city easy and walkable if you are reasonably fit. Breakfast was not at the apartment but in a local cafe called 'Il Conventino' and was welcoming with an artisan/community feel.

What I am about to say is from a background of managing an 11 bedroom hotel and facilities management: * Unfortuneately, on arriving at the apartment we were hit by a smell the scent came from too many candles, reeds, and scented boxes which masked sweat from the bed covers and poor qualitity bedding. *The towels in the bathroom were threadbare and also had a smell. The bathroom could do with and upgrade as it was dated. and the overall cleanliness was disappointing. My husband had to unblock the sinks due to black gunk which meant bacteria and strong unpleasant smells. *Storage space for clothes was very limited with a large set of drawers which was full of personal items and could not be used. *The apartment also had too many personal items - talismans, beads, feathers, trinkets of various sizes - that cluttered the space and made you feel as someone still lived in it. *There was mosquito netting on the window/balcony door, but due to it being loose we were biten throughout our stay. *As for breakfast I noted several reviews stating it was magnificent, but it only consisted of a Hot drink, a cold drink and a small pastry which for us was not worth it.
