Location was good
Rooms very nice
Easy check out and check in
Response time from staff in regards to parking was slow but beneficial as there's a private car park a 2 min walk away from the building which is cheaper.
I may have missed something on the booking in regards to reserving parking

On the positive side, the apartment itself is beautifully designed and clean.
On the day we arrived, the code we had received by email did not work, so we were unable to collect the keys.
All our attempts to contact customer service by phone and WhatsApp went unanswered. After more than 45 minutes of being stranded and not knowing what to do, we happened to see a member of the cleaning staff. She called someone who provided us with the correct code, and only then were we able to get the key.
The apartment itself was very poorly equipped, especially the bathrooms, which lacked furniture and adequate storage space for personal belongings.
