Beautifully decorated apartment on 5th Floor, views towards Sea Point and Lions Neck. Two safe free parking bays located on the 1st floor inside the building, access via Facial Biometric recognition. Lift to 5th floor. Apartment was extremely clean, with Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Microwave & Oven, Coffee machine with pods. Milk and water in the large fridge. Open veranda with small table to drink morning coffee. 2 bedrooms with the Main-en-suite, 2nd bedroom with family bathroom. Very good Agent communication. We would stay there again.
Both bedrooms are on the small side, no space to put suitcases except on the bed. There are 2 bedroom cupboards, but the one next to bed is difficult to access, as side table against it and bed. Aircon would be beneficial in bedrooms. The en-suite shower spills badly onto the floor, no matter how showerhead is directed. Builders need to tilt shower step inwards for water run-off inwards or install a shower door. Regular slamming of apartment doors throughout the night. Suggest Body Corporate install "soft closing" doors throughout the building.

We honestly had nothing to complain about! All the staff members were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. Everything felt clean and well looked after, which was a huge win for us. We had a really comfortable and pleasant stay.

מיקום, על רחוב ראשי עם מסעדות וסופרמרקטים, קרוב מאוד לים. בניין מאובטח, חניה. דירה מאובזרת.
התחזוקה של הדירה לא מאה אחוז, היו כמה קלקולים קטנים. היינו מצפים שהכל יעבוד כמו שצריך.

The apartment was beautiful, clean and very chic. It is in a busy street but very close to a number of cafes, restaurants and very close to the promenade.
The shower in the main bedroom leaked after a shower, the entire floor gets flooded. The tap in the second bathroom squirts water all over, please have this 2 things taken care of . Other than that everything was perfect.
