Nice, big apartment. The lady at the local office in Milan was very helpful in doing our check-in. After getting the instructions it was easy to open the front door, the key box and enter the apartment. It is stairwell 'E' which one has to use to take the elevator. Those instructions were not very clear. Prompt communication with the technician who replace the hot water kettle same day.

The compay needs online check-in which in our case was not possible. There was no way to upload our details beforehand. We had to walk to the nearest office for the check-in and there we could finish the check-in without even showing our ID. Unnecessary hassle. There was problem with the water boiler for 2 days. The company sent a technician to correct it but we had to wait till evening for hot water.

Das Appartment ist sehr gut gelegen zum Bahnhof und noch näher der Metro Station Sondrio (M3). Die Wohnung war sauber und für uns komfortabel. Bad und gute Dusche einwandfrei. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist schwierig zu beurteilen, da unsere Reise während den Olympischen Spielen war. Bezüglich Verschiedenem hatten wir Fragen, die beantwortet wurden von der Unterkunft

nicht Probleme, die man der Unterkunft vorwerfen kann, aber dem Zeitgeist geschuldet sind für uns ältere Reisenden: -das vorherige Hochladen von Selfies, Daten und Dokumenten war aufwändig und von unterwegs stressig. Insgesamt ist es nicht so cool, wenn von jeder Reise irgendwelche Passkopien im irgendwo im Internet gespeichert sind (wir kennen ja Datenleaks). -Der Zugang zum Hauseingang setzte (für uns) funktionierendes Ausland-Internet voraus, was auch schon nicht geklappt hat und einem etwas nervös anreisen lässt.

Konumu çok iyiydi, tren garına, tramvaya ve metroya çok yakın. Ev içerisinde mutfak, yatak odası, giyinme odası, tuvalet, banyo var. Saç kurutma, çamaşır, bulaşık makineleri gibi imkanları da mevcut. Havlular da vardı. Geri dönüşüm için çöplerin ayrı ayrı olması gayet güzeldi.

Giriş kapısının arkasındaki büyük posteri daha sevimli ve international bir şey seçebilirdiniz. 3 yaş kızım korktu ve ben de hiç beğenmedim. İrrite ediciydi. Lambalar arasında örümcek ağları mevcut. Lütfen temizliğe biraz daha dikkat edin. Bir de yorganı gerçekten bir nevresime geçirmelisiniz. İki çarşaf arasına yorganı koyunca hiç kullanışlı ve hijyenik olmuyor.

Location great for Centrale station but no so much for restaurants etc Staff were excellent with their responses to queries before we arrived and to an issue during stay

Disappointing to see picture and info says 2 beds - 2 nd being a sofa bed but not like many would expect- doesn’t fold out - just a single “ bench” so not suited for an adult really. Asked for this to be made up due to 2 adults requiring 2 beds and on arrival this was not done. 1 morning we had no hot water which the company later organised to be rectified.
